About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili’s approach to hospitality. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe, welcoming environment and must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The role requires meeting the minimum age of 18 and performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus.
