About The Position
Cheeky is a high energy seafood restaurant celebrating pristine coastal ingredients, pouring great cocktails and vibrant wines and bubbles, buzzing with lively indoor-outdoor energy, and defined by warm spirited hospitality. Cheeky is seeking confident, engaging, and knowledgeable Servers to join our team! Positions Available: Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles. From the team behind Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero, comes Cheeky, the newest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group. Cheeky is our chance to let loose a little while staying true to the high standards of quality, craft, and hospitality that define our restaurants. Requirements
- Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
- Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
- Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
