About The Position
Cheeky is a high energy seafood restaurant celebrating pristine coastal ingredients, pouring great cocktails and vibrant wines and bubbles, buzzing with lively indoor-outdoor energy, and defined by warm spirited hospitality. Cheeky is seeking a warm and professional Host to join our team! Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner. We will have daytime, nighttime, full-time, and part-time positions available for all roles. From the team behind Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Marbled & Fin, The James, and Minero, comes Cheeky, the newest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group. Cheeky is our chance to let loose a little while staying true to the high standards of quality, craft, and hospitality that define our restaurants. With a playful spirit and plenty of personality, Cheeky pushes beyond the traditional into something freer, brighter, and more forward-looking. Requirements
- Friendly, polished, and guest-focused
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using reservation systems (experience with OpenTable or Resy a plus)
- A team player who communicates clearly and positively
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OpenTable or Resy
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using a reservation platform
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately
- Coordinate efficient and thoughtful seating to maximize service flow
- Support the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience
