About The Position
Zoli's NY Pizza in Fort Worth is seeking energetic and guest-focused Servers to join their team. The restaurant is known for its appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, its reputation as one of America's best pizza spots, and its positive team culture. The role involves delivering excellent hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant serving or bartending experience preferred
- Availability for nights and weekends
- TABC and Food Handler certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Someone who can hustle, multitask, and still deliver genuine hospitality
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the first greeting to the last goodbye
- Guide guests through our menu, make recommendations, and hype up the pizza like a pro
- Take accurate food and drink orders and keep things moving during busy shifts
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to keep service smooth
- Handle payments, side work, and tables with efficiency and attention to detail
- Create a fun, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back for more
