About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Vitalia Active Adult Community in North Olmsted, Ohio. As a Server, you will be a "Host with the Most," greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, and encouraging resident connection. You will also be a "Peppy Prepper," ensuring tables are set and meal services are ready, and a "Titan of Tidiness," maintaining cleanliness through bussing tables and sweeping floors. This role is crucial in making our community a place residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
