About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! We are looking for someone (like you) to join our team at Ridgemere Senior Living located at 4550 Price St. Conway, AR 72034! This role involves being a Host with the Most by greeting residents and fostering a welcoming environment, being a Peppy Prepper by preparing tables and salads, being a Titan of Tidiness by bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness, and being an "Appetite Anthropologist" by observing and reporting on residents' dietary habits and meal absences.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Must have a positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Must be able to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
Report when residents are absent from meals.
