About The Position

Allegro Living serves as the parent company of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, uniting decades of senior living expertise under one trusted name. Formed through the 2025 merger of two well-established brands, Allegro Living is building a premier senior living platform defined by inspired lifestyles, compassionate care, and meaningful regional reach. The only thing we're missing is YOU! This is a Part-Time Server position in Assisted Living Dining at Allegro Harrington Park, located in Harrington Park, NJ. The schedule is 3pm-8pm and every other weekend. This role offers consistent schedules, early shifts, and no late-night restaurant hours, allowing for a meaningful impact while building relationships and brightening someone's day. It is a chance to be part of something bigger than a typical restaurant role.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
