About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service in keeping with Chili's standards. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, customized experience for each Guest and contributing to a safe environment. Servers learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
