About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their team at Wellington located at 1051 Kent St, Liberty, MO 64068. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing tables and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will be at least sixteen years of age, possess strong English communication skills, have a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires assisting residents with mobility and ensuring a criminally cleared background.

Requirements

• At least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prep tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or resident absences from meals.
