About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join their team at Onyx Bar & Lounge. This role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, sharing menu knowledge, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized hospitality. It is an opportunity for an outgoing and service-driven professional with a passion for food, wine, and guest engagement who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.
• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
