Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Build strong customer rapport, making each guest feel valued and appreciated, and ensuring their experience is personalized to their needs.
• Proactively address guest concerns or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a calm, organized, and efficient approach while handling multiple tasks, especially during peak hours.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
• Take pride in your work and strive to be the best, focusing on creating a positive and lasting impression for every guest.
• Ensure every interaction with guests is professional and polite, while staying enthusiastic and engaging.
