About The Position

The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. Requirements

Bring friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.
Listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
Be willing to collaborate and help wherever needed.
Be reliable and available for your assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

Greet residents warmly, take meal orders, and provide attentive service.
Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
Learn residents’ preferences and help make every meal enjoyable.
Assist with celebrations, community events, and special dining experiences.
Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
