About The Position
The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a friendly and dependable Server to create welcoming dining experiences for our residents. Requirements
- Bring friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
- Be willing to collaborate and help wherever needed.
- Be reliable and available for your assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. We’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Greet residents warmly, take meal orders, and provide attentive service.
- Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Learn residents’ preferences and help to make every meal enjoyable.
- Assist with celebrations, community events, and special dining experiences.
- Help with dining room setup, cleanup, restocking, and sanitation.
- Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.
