About The Position

Delivering Solutions that Matter: Provide friendly, respectful meal service to residents, including taking orders, delivering meals, setting up trays, and assisting with resident requests. Prepare dining areas by setting tables, stocking supplies, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment before, during, and after meals. Clean and sanitize dining spaces, service areas, and equipment while following food safety, infection prevention, and sanitation guidelines. Assist dietary staff with meal service tasks, including replenishing beverages and supplies and supporting special dietary needs. Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive timely, courteous service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
