About The Position
Triple Crown is seeking a Server to join the Fearless Restaurant Group at their newest restaurant opening in Radnor, PA, in the summer of 2025. Triple Crown will be a 200-seat restaurant with a 40-seat bar, featuring a cozy, upscale, equestrian-themed environment. As a Server, you will be an expert at welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace, demonstrating a desire to learn and grow within the organization. The ideal candidate is positive, responsible, hands-on, and a team player with strong communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with grace and composure.
Requirements
- Be happy and constantly smiling!
- Prior experience in a food-serving establishment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
- Build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program.
- Provide genuine hospitality.
- Demonstrate proper professional decorum.
