About The Position

Triple Crown, a new restaurant by Fearless Restaurant Group, is opening in the summer of 2025 in Radnor. This 200-seat restaurant will feature a large 40-seat bar and is inspired by an equestrian theme with a cozy, upscale environment. We are seeking a Bartender who will be an expert at welcoming guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and grace in a fast-paced, multi-faceted setting. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn and grow within the organization, be positive, responsible, hands-on, a team player, and possess strong communication skills to handle multiple tasks with composure.

Requirements

• Demonstrate competency in all steps of service.
• Have a desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program.
• Derive pleasure from providing genuine hospitality.
• Demonstrate professionalism.
• Have a knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails.
• Can interpret guests’ desires and bring them to life in liquid form.
• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
