About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a friendly and dependable Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Health & Rehab in Bellevue, NE. Hillcrest Health & Rehab is Bellevue’s only skilled nursing facility, providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute services in a supportive, resident-centered environment. Our dining team plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for residents and patients while supporting comfort, connection, and quality of life each day. Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Nice To Haves

Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve meals to residents and patients in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner.
Assist with dining room setup, meal service, and cleanup.
Help create a positive, welcoming, and comfortable dining experience.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
Support residents, patients, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism.
Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service.
Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
Assist with other dining services duties as assigned.
