About The Position
To assist servers in any way possible to ensure proper, prompt and courteous service to all guests.
Requirements
- Knowledge of fine dining service.
- Full familiarity with menus.
- Full knowledge of beverage offerings.
- Knowledge of Micros Computer System

- Ability to polish and clean glass and silver wares.

- Ability to be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
- Ability to clean and maintain the restaurant.
- Ability to help other associates whenever possible and maintain a dedication towards teamwork.
Responsibilities
