About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Server for its Boulevard St Peters location in Saint Peters, MO. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing tables and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will be at least sixteen years old, proficient in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active and able to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, appetite changes, or absences from meals.
