Allegro Winter Park is hiring a Part-Time Server to join our dining team in a welcoming assisted living and senior living community. This is a great opportunity for candidates in Winter Park, Orlando, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, and Winter Springs looking for a stable role in hospitality, food service, or restaurant dining.

At Allegro Winter Park, our dining team provides a restaurant-style experience for our residents. As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service, hospitality, and attention to detail in an upscale dining setting.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

• Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
