About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in keeping with Chili’s approach. They learn the menu, explain offerings, carry out opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment and requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
