Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position supports a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and contributes to a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
