About The Position

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable Servers to join our dining team. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) positions. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with seniors and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous dining service to residents and guests
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms before and after meals
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Build positive relationships with residents and team members
