About The Position
Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in a welcoming, resident-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Current, active LPN license in good standing.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care, assisted living, or senior care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Provide compassionate nursing care while promoting resident comfort and dignity.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Collaborate with caregivers, healthcare providers, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
- Follow all state regulations and facility policies and procedures.
