Requirements

• English reading, writing and communication, basic math
• Minimum of 1 year serving experience required
• Idaho State Police Alcohol Beverage Training Certificate and Food Handlers Certification (we will help you obtain)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Utilize POS System (Shift4Dine)
• Combined standing/walking position for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Required to lift over 25lbs frequently and over 50lbs occasionally.
• Strong Guest Service background.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food, beverage, and bottle service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a personal cash bank, make change for guests, and complete daily financial paperwork accurately.
• Enforce Idaho State Liquor and ID laws, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens and guest recommendations.
• Complete opening and closing tasks such as cleaning, polishing, and setup to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Balance table service with side work, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Adhere to dress code standards and contribute to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
