About The Position

The Server at Woodland Terrace enhances residents’ quality of life by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The role combines hospitality with outstanding customer service to provide residents and guests with memorable, personalized service at every meal. This is a part-time position with open availability, with work completed by 7 p.m. The pay rate is $17 per hour, with no tips.

Requirements

• A passion for excellence.

• Six months to one year of dining experience.
• Successfully pass the pre-employment process, including a drug screen, job-specific physical, TB test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
• Know the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
