About The Position

Black Desert Resort is an ultra-premium destination resort in Southern Utah offering championship golf, elevated dining, and curated hospitality experiences. 20th Hole serves as the signature golf lounge and dining venue, delivering a dynamic atmosphere for members and resort guests. This high-visibility outlet blends premium service with energy and social engagement and is a key driver of guest satisfaction and revenue performance. The Server at the 20th Hole Restaurant is responsible for providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service and possess required certifications
• Must possess or be able to obtain certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable lunch shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a server in a casual or upscale dining setting preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests quickly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as responsible alcohol service policies
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
• Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
