About The Position

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking their orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. You will also upsell menu items, manage tables, handle payments, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Following restaurant policies and performing closing duties are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Ability to welcome and greet customers warmly.

Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations.
Proficiency in serving food and drinks promptly.
Ability to upsell menu items and promotions.
Strong customer service skills for handling inquiries and complaints.
Table management skills, including setup and cleanup.
Accuracy in handling payments and providing change.
Adherence to restaurant policies, dress code, food safety, and alcohol service laws.
Effective collaboration with kitchen staff.
Willingness to perform cleaning and closing duties.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure correct and timely food preparation and service.
Clean work area and ensure readiness for the next shift at the end of the shift.
