About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service and creating a welcoming experience. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed, and contributes to a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
