About The Position

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable Part-Time and PRN Servers to provide exceptional dining service to our residents. If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during meal service.
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages to residents.
• Set up and clean the dining room before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with stocking supplies and completing side work.
• Work collaboratively with the dining services team to ensure residents receive outstanding service.
