About The Position
Chef David LeFevre's Manhattan Beach Post is an eclectic, chef-driven restaurant focusing on soulful food, engaging service, hand crafted cocktails and boutique wine selections. After opening in Manhattan Beach in April 2011 and just hitting our 15 year anniversary, we are looking to recruit magnetic, passionate, experienced and motivated servers to join our family. A qualified Server Candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years serving experience in a high volume/upscale restaurant, rich in food culture and artisanal products. A foodie at heart. Thoughtful and engaging service that builds relationships with our Guests will be the stamp of any qualified candidate. Knowledge of wine and cocktails is required. Candidates for all positions will possess humility, respect and integrity. A flexible schedule is preferred, with dinner hours and Saturday/Sunday brunch availability is required. Most of all, we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building, with a genuine kindness. If you're a server who gets excited about showing our Guests what is new on the menu, then you're exactly what we're looking for!
Requirements
