About The Position

Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Server at Bar 207 in the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. This role is on-site and can be full-time or part-time. The Hard Rock Hotel San Diego is located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, a vibrant area known for its stylish accommodations, legendary nightlife, and unforgettable guest experiences. Bar 207 is a key part of this, serving handcrafted cocktails, elevated bites, and creating memorable moments for guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service with confidence, energy, and genuine hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Requirements

1+ year of serving experience in an upscale, nightlife, lounge, or high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong food and beverage knowledge, including cocktail, wine, and allergy awareness.
Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and perform well under pressure.
Bring confidence, personality, and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver elevated food and beverage service with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail.
Guide guests through menu offerings including cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and food selections with confidence and enthusiasm.
Upsell menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain a polished section, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth service flow throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with bartenders, culinary, and support teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns quickly, and create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
