About The Position

Denny's is hiring Servers with flexible hours and immediate openings. As a Server, you will welcome guests, provide attentive service, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages promptly. You will also use upselling skills to recommend specials and menu items, ask guiding questions to help guests make selections, and offer confident menu recommendations. Additionally, you will invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program, maintain a clean dining room, process payments efficiently, and collaborate with FOH and BOH team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, FOH Staff, or in customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
