About The Position
The Server at Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, CO is responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. This role involves performing all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner, greeting and assisting residents in dining venues, demonstrating menu knowledge, and maintaining clean dining areas with proper table settings.
Requirements

- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate preferred
- Some serving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
- Perform other related duties as required
