About The Position
Our Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitality and service in the Chili's style. The role focuses on providing personalized service, helping Guests understand menu offerings, and working with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment and perform opening and closing duties. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
