About The Position
The DaMar Team is actively seeking out servers for assisted living facilities located in the Indianapolis Metro area. This medical facility offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The server will be responsible for providing meals and beverages to residents in the dining room and providing high-level customer service.
Requirements
- Neat in appearance and professional behavior.
- Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents are satisfied with the presentation of the meal prior to leaving the table and has everything they need to eat the meal.
- Offer and provide residents with alternatives, if desired.
- Clean up vases, change tablecloths if necessary and wipe down chairs and chair legs if dirty from meal time.
- Make sure everything is ready for the next shift.
- Be knowledgeable of daily specials, special diet accommodations, etc.
