About The Position

We are hiring servers for our Ani Ramen Summit location! This role involves taking food and drink orders, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for accurately entering orders, managing payments, and maintaining a clean work environment. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
High school diploma.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

2 years of restaurant experience (Preferred)
2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc).
Collect payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide outstanding customer service.
