Requirements
- 3+ years of server experience in mid-level or fine dining.
- Solid wine knowledge, including varietals, regions, and food pairings.
- Exceptional, top-notch customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume service.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
