About The Position

H+F Burger at Ponce City Market is looking for Servers to join their team. Servers are responsible for the timely completion of orders, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Server
• Food safety knowledge
• Spirit, Wine and Beer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with outstanding hospitality and anticipate guest needs
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of menu items and offer suggestions to guests
• Work with the team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Process orders and payments and ensure all guests leave happy
• Assist to keep work areas clean and well stocked
• Work together as a team to ensure everyone is set for success
