About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food and drink service while delivering a hospitable, customized experience. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
Requirements
