Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their career quickly into a server role. Prior experience is a plus. Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
