About The Position

Requirements

- Ability to carry food trays, transport service items safely, and perform physical job duties as required.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while monitoring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately and complete end-of-shift transactions as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with setting, clearing, and resetting tables and completing opening and closing side work duties.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
