Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper food and beverage service etiquette.
Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, or upscale service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu and beverages.
Take, deliver, and coordinate orders accurately and promptly, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff.
Set up, clear, and maintain clean, organized dining areas according to high standards of presentation and etiquette.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively and professionally.
Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Support team members as needed to ensure smooth, efficient service during all shifts.
