This role involves working in a casual, elegant, and upscale restaurant environment on the water, providing exceptional dining experiences. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper food and beverage service etiquette.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

  • Prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, or upscale service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu and beverages.
  • Take, deliver, and coordinate orders accurately and promptly, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Set up, clear, and maintain clean, organized dining areas according to high standards of presentation and etiquette.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
  • Support team members as needed to ensure smooth, efficient service during all shifts.
