About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard St Peters. This role is part-time and involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing for meal services, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and be physically capable of performing the job duties. We are looking for someone who loves our residents and is eager to contribute to a positive community atmosphere.

Requirements

At least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active and require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, changes in appetite, or absences from meals.
