About The Position

McMenamins Greenway Pub is hiring for a Server! McMenamins is a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington serving handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits, and coffee alongside good, honest pub fare. Requirements

Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card and OLCC card
21+ years of age

Nice To Haves

Previous related experience is preferred
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Greeting incoming customers
Working with the host station in seating guests or directing them to choose their preferred seating
Providing a level of knowledgeable service to tables
Taking food and beverage orders
Delivering products in a timely manner
Serving food, serving beer, wine and spirits
Bussing tables and restocking supplies
Placing orders on a POS system
Collecting payment
Dishwashing
General cleaning, working outside and indoors
Maintaining customer relations with all guests
Setting up and breaking down service and work areas so they are well stocked and organized for efficient and safe service
Balancing bookwork at the end of every shift
Turning in all appropriate cash and non-cash receipts
