About The Position

Servers provide guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service in the Chili’s style. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
