About The Position
TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Server to join its assisted living community in Southern Pines. The role involves taking meal and drink orders, serving residents and guests, and helping ensure a welcoming, clean, and hospitable dining experience. The Server supports residents’ needs, maintains dining areas and side stations, follows cleaning schedules, and practices safety and loss-prevention procedures. Candidates should enjoy working with seniors, communicate courteously, respond promptly to resident needs, and be able to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Take meal and drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner.
- Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.
- Maintain knowledge of specials and general descriptions of food items.
- Maintain side stations and dining areas.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Practice safety and loss-prevention procedures.
- Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
