Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic for billing, totals, and change.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50–100 pounds occasionally, including carrying trays and supplies.

Responsibilities

Consistently provide thoughtful, attentive, and personalized service to guests with the goal of building rapport and creating memorable dining experiences.
Ensure all F&B outlets are properly set, stocked, and ready for service prior to opening.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of all service areas, counters, floors, and equipment throughout service.
Properly break down, clean, and reset service areas at the end of each shift.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus and confidently articulate offerings to guests.
Accurately and efficiently operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing.
Execute the full cycle of service, from greeting and order taking to preparation, delivery, and payment, in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards and quality expectations.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all beverage offerings, including coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer, and spirits.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure proper stock levels and alert leadership when items are running low.
Observe guests throughout service to anticipate needs, respond to requests, and ensure satisfaction.
Clear, reset, and maintain tables and service stations efficiently.
Complete all assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines, including understanding MSDS requirements.
Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions or special events as needed.
Attend required department meetings and complete additional projects as assigned by management.
