Requirements

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to follow emergency protocols.
Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping residents select their meals.
Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware.
Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
Proactively communicate with residents and team members.
Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.
